Timothy Menter is a founding partner of Menter & Witkin LLP. His practice focuses on the representation of clients in claims with insurers, insurance agents/brokers and others involved in contractual risk transfer. He regularly represents clients on claims and litigation involving breach of contract, bad faith, statutory violations, declaratory relief, subrogation, contribution, indemnity and professional negligence. Mr. Menter has extensive experience in dealing with property, general liability, additional insured, E&O, D&O, OCIP and CCIP coverages. A significant part of his practice involves counseling clients both within and outside of litigation relative to risk transfer issues and the associated facilitation of claim resolution. He also has substantial experience in non-insurance related contract, tort and business litigtion.
Mr. Menter is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He also has multi-year recognition as a Southern California Super Lawyer. Mr. Menter has published a variety of articles on insurance and has been a speaker at seminars and conferences around the country.
